the exorcism of the United States of America

A bright yellow bird is flying in the air.

the exorcism of the United States of America

Yesterday, I read an article online about Donald Trump and some of his buddies are working on him being president a 3rd time, even though:

Twenty-Second Amendment

Section 1

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this Article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this Article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this Article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.

Article V, U.S. Constitution

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the legislatures of three fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the ninth section of the first article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.

Last night, a dear friend, who is a political independent, posted something at his Facebook, which moved me to reply:

“I wish I felt Trump actually cares about something bigger than himself, but I don’t. I wish I felt Trump isn’t using being president to make himself a whole lot richer than being president the first time made him, but I don’t. I wish I felt Trump actually cares about America beyond how much money he can make off it, but I don’t.”

Here’s what my friend posted, which someone else had written:

A black and white illustration of a man standing on top of a building.

I know a little something that so many do not appreciate about Donald, but that those of us who worked with him in the financial services game have known for many decades’ LONG before he ever made a run at politics.

His stated motives rarely reveal his true agenda. His showmanship and charisma bedazzles the uninformed, which is exactly how he likes it.

He never signed a contract or met an agreement he wouldn’t violate or wriggle out of if it suited his hidden agenda. He never met an investor whose purse he didn’t consider his own in some strategic way. And he never met a human being he wouldn’t screw in order to advance or satisfy himself.

If you want to understand his beef with Panama, don’t look at the canal to which he now points. Look at Trump enterprises and their fraught financial and criminal relationship with Panama, and look to the Russian oligarchs who bought condos in his Panama Tower.

If you want to understand his fixation with Gaza, don’t look at the Palestinian or Israeli people; look at the real estate value he now perceives that Gaza holds, and he’d like to unlock.

If you want to understand his insane, obsessive beef with energy renewable windmills, don’t look at the wind energy aspect; look at his beef with Scotland over his golf course and the nearby windmills that damaged his idea of its aesthetics.

If you want to understand his irrational hatred of Obama, don’t look at the policies of the Obama administration; look to the annual press corp dinner where Obama poked fun at him and bruised his ego. If you want to understand his demonization of Democrats, look not to Democratic social policy, but to the fact they didn’t want him to run under color of their party.

If you want to understand his hatred of “immigrants†don’t look to the actual contributions and challenges related to immigration, but to his own germophobia and personal disgust for all things dirty and brown.

What he does SO masterfully, as many sociopaths do, is figure out how to align, however temporarily, his own personal agenda with the drives of those he can then USE to help him execute it. And the GOP fell right in line with that abusive strategy.

The GOP now looks much like a battered wife who would LOVE to quit Trump, but who also knows their financial security, personal comfort, and social status would collapse if they ran away. And they fear they won’t get much sympathy or support from the people who tried to warn them not to marry the dude—a serial, liar, cheater, thief, sadist, and a generally Bad Person.

Many of the GOP politicians today are busily masking their own abuse from the general public; at some point, however, as they watch their power continue to erode, their reputations get smashed, and themselves get blamed for the extensive abuse they now suffer, something’s gonna give.

I don’t know what it is, but every bone in my body FEELS an energetic convergence heading toward a massive, MASSIVE explosion—coming soon.

Eileen Workman spent sixteen years in the financial industry as First Vice President of Investments at a major Wall Street firm. After a profound spiritual awakening, she departed the high-powered world of money and wrote Sacred Economics: The Currency of Life, which questions assumptions about the nature of capitalism. The book is about directing our attention toward the purposeful design of a more compassionate, cooperative, and abundantly flowing economic system from a spiritually driven perspective. Her recent offering, Raindrops Of Love For A Thirsty World, is a timely spiritual guide to surviving and thriving in today’s pervasive, gloomy atmosphere of alienation and fear. Raindrops of Love For a Thirsty World lays out a path to lifelong self-actualization and reconnection through a shared consciousness.

I think the issue is much deeper than Workman imagined, because I don’t see that she factored in what Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda in “Star Wars” called “the dark side of the Force,” which I was raised to call Evil.

Evil is real.

Evil is as invidious, pernicious, penetrating and pervasive as Jesus explained in the Gospels.

Evil can make people look at what Evil wants them to see, and not look at what Evil doesn’t want them to see.

The Jesuit Priest Malachi Martin painted Evil in his chilling book on exorcism, HOSTAGE TO THE DEVIL: The Possession and Exorcism of Five Contemporary Americans. The exorcist priest allows himself to become the demon’s hostage so that the possessed can escape, if the possessed really wants to escape. The exorcist priest knows he is the demon’s real target, and the possessed is the demon’s bait to catch the priest. The exorcist priest knows if he messes up, his life is forfeit and hopefully he will be able save his own soul before he physically dies.

In a preface to one edition of his book, Martin said Evil had penetrated the highest levels of the Vatican, evidenced by the Roman Catholic Church had stopped teaching priests the Sacred Rites of Exorcism.

The Church later resumed teaching priests the Sacred Rites of Exorcism, but by then Evil was firmly entrenched and not even the Sacred Rites of Exorcism could change that, because it would require the entire Roman Catholic priesthood, starting at the top with the pope, to acknowledge what had happened and to resign and in that way leave Evil with nothing but Roman Catholicism’s empty husk.

A modern day Grail Knight named Trevor Ravenscroft wrote a chilling book, The Spear of Destiny: The Occult Power Behind the Spear which pierced the side of Christ, to explain how Adolph Hitler and his top aides became possessed by a powerful demon, which enhanced them and helped them mesmerize most of the German population.

What happened in Germany is happening in America- just substitute Donald Trump for Adolph Hitler. When Trump ran for president in 2016, I read a Vanity Fair article, in which Trump’s first wife, Ivana, was quoted as saying when she and Donald were married, he kept a book of Hitler’s speeches in a cabinet on his side of her bed, and sometimes he read it at night. When asked about that, Trump said, if he ever had such a book, he didn’t read it.

However, it’s more complicated in America, because the American left has the same problem- just substitute Joe Biden, or Hillary Clinton, or Barack Obama, who themselves were, and still are, under the influence of a powerful demon, or demons.

As are Americans who still support them or Donald Trump.

That sadly is The State of the Union in what bills itself as “One nation, under God,” when sadly it is not God but it is Evil running that picture show.

While I wish I could see a human solution, I do not, and I hope God has a plan for America, which perhaps will not make anyone happy but will be precisely what is needed.

Maybe that is what Eileen Workman felt when she wrote, “I don’t know what it is, but every bone in my body FEELS an energetic convergence heading toward a massive, MASSIVE explosion coming soon”?

For every American is on trial in God’s Court.
